DIGITAL DELIVERY POLICY

All Inner Drift products are digital products. Nothing will be physically shipped to you, and no shipping charges apply.

DELIVERY

After your payment is successfully completed, your digital audio files will be made available through a download link. The download link may appear on the order confirmation page and may also be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Please make sure your email address is entered correctly when placing your order.

DOWNLOAD TIME

Most orders are delivered immediately. In some cases, payment processing or email delivery may cause a short delay.

DOWNLOAD PROBLEMS

If you do not receive your download link, cannot open your files, receive the wrong files, or experience a damaged or incomplete download, please contact us through the Contact Inner Drift page.

We will help restore access or provide replacement files.

FILE COMPATIBILITY

Inner Drift audio products are generally provided in MP3 format. Customers are responsible for using a device or application capable of playing MP3 files and opening ZIP files when applicable.

CUSTOM PRODUCTS

Delivery times for custom or personalized audio products will be provided when the order is accepted. Custom products are not delivered instantly because they must be created for the customer.
