DOWNLOAD HELP

Inner Drift products are digital downloads. Nothing will be physically shipped.

After completing your purchase, your download link may appear on the order confirmation page and may also be sent to the email address used during checkout.

BEFORE DOWNLOADING

• Make sure you have a reliable internet connection.
• Confirm that your device has enough available storage.
• Check that the email address entered during checkout is correct.
• For large purchases, downloading on a computer may be easier than downloading on a phone.

OPENING A ZIP FILE

Some Inner Drift purchases include multiple MP3 files packaged inside a ZIP file. The ZIP file must be opened or extracted before the individual audio files can be played.

WINDOWS

  1. Open your Downloads folder.

  2. Right-click the ZIP file.

  3. Select Extract All.

  4. Choose where to save the extracted files.

  5. Open the new folder to access the MP3 files.

MAC

  1. Open Finder.

  2. Select Downloads.

  3. Double-click the ZIP file.

  4. A new folder containing the MP3 files will appear.

IPHONE OR IPAD

  1. Open the Files app.

  2. Select Browse and then Downloads.

  3. Tap the ZIP file once.

  4. A new folder will be created.

  5. Open the folder and tap an MP3 file to play it.

ANDROID

  1. Open Files, My Files, or your device’s file manager.

  2. Open the Downloads folder.

  3. Select the ZIP file.

  4. Choose Extract or Unzip.

  5. Open the extracted folder to access the MP3 files.

PLAYING THE AUDIO

MP3 files can be played through most computers, phones, tablets, media players, and audio applications.

Use stereo headphones for files labeled Binaural or Headphones. Files labeled Speakers or Regular can be played through speakers or headphones.

IF YOUR DOWNLOAD DOES NOT WORK

Try the following:

• Refresh the download page.
• Check your internet connection.
• Try a different browser.
• Download the file to a computer instead of a mobile device.
• Make sure the file has finished downloading completely.
• Confirm that your device has enough available storage.
• Check your spam or junk email folder for the download message.
